What would you fire in clay ovens?

Tandoori (clay ovens) chicken for dinner!!! Marinate chicekn breast in yogurt and seasoned with tandoori masala. Add cayenne pepper and red chili powder for red hue. Grill until meat turns golden and serve with rice and veggie curry on the side... Sounds good? Oh, yes, it is. :)
