How do make Ginger Soy Fish

Buy fresh, wide caught fish. I prefer any white fish; halibut(that's what I've got today), white or orange roughy, mahi... Clean the fish and sprinkle small chopped ginger. Steam the fish for 10 to 15 minutes until the fish gets fully cooked. Meanwhile prepare chopped ginger and thinly sliced green onions on the side. Cover the steamed fish with green onions. Prepare hot oil(prefer grape seed oil) with chopped ginger in it using a pot; this is the idea of "ginger fish!" Pour the hot ginger oil on the green onion covered, steamed fish. Pour 1/3 cup of water, 1/3 cup of soy sauce and 1/4 cup of peach juice in the same pot. Boil and simmer the mix until it gets thick and saucy. Pour it on the top of the fish. And it's ready for your dinner...
