Visit Northeast Thailand

Delicious spicy meat salads Laab Gai.

1 lb. boneless chicken, chopped or ground
6 cloves garlic, minced and pounded to a paste
1 stalk lemon grass, trimmed and sliced into thin rounds or chopped
1 onions, finely chopped
2 green onions , finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup chopped fresh Asian basil
1/2 cup chopped dill
3+ Tbs. fish sauce, to taste
Juice of 2-3 limes, to desired sourness
Serve with mung bean noodle with mixed baby green. To die for... I have a lunch for tomorrow! :D
