Packed with nutrition–Steel cut oatmeal

I use about a tablespoon coconut oil, 1 cup steel cut oats, 1/2 cup boiling water, 2 cups whole grain milk, 1 tablespoon organic maple syrup and 1/4 teaspoon chocolate powder. When it all done sprinkle some berries and nuts... Let’s ask my husband what he thinks of it... “Excellent!”
