Home Made Salmon Skin Salad

Most important part of this prep was getting fresh salmon. I didn't season the fish at all. Fillet and cut the fish into small bite size pieces. Grill the fish until it gets deep golden brown. Salmon is very rich and oily fish, so you don't even need cooking oil.
Throw all on top of organic greens. I used lemon juice and sesame oil mix as my dressing. Yummmmmm!!!

I have to say that I was in yakitori heat! This place is my go-to yakitori restaurant in South Bay. Always so good.
