I'm Korean

And, yes, I love my Korean BBQ. Korean bulgogi is my hubby's favorite. For tonight's Laker's home-game, I decided to do bulgogi. 
Ingredients are fairly simple, and I think that simpleness makes this dish so goooood. Chopped garlic, soy sauce, fresh squeezed juice from an Asian pear, Japanese rice wine (mirin), sesame oil, green onions, finely chopped, chopped onions. Marinated about 30 minutes. Fired up and say, "I'm Korean!"
