Sushi with flower

One of my favorite place to go... Taiko at El Segundo. Wide cut fish for sushi, free ranged chicken and organic greens are not only the beautiful things for the Earth, but also they presentation is super. I had a Chirashi bowl prepared beautifully with wide orchid. Yummy in my eyes too.
