Modern Mexican dining at the border grill in Mandalay Bay in Vegas. I enjoyed my husband's beef tacos more than my own. ;p Well-balanced seasoned beef meat served on top of their proud crispy corn tortilla. Their guacamole was fresh and yummy. I really liked that it wasn't too seasoned.
