This is the greatest hit for the Memorial day dinner. Yes, it is not any sort of BBQ, but it's yummy and healthy. Home made sukiyaki with thin-sliced Kobe beef, tofu with lots of healthy veggies in dashi broth. I have 2 words for you. Super yum!
