I gotta say this place is where I had best meal in San Francisco. There were many places I "liked" but actually, I never thought to go back. This place is by far the best, because I am totally coming back. Must order their marsala: it's so smooth and silky... Yum!!!

Curry Up Now in San Mateo
Best Indian street food restaurant in San Francisco area. Very casual atmosphere, and servers are well educated with what they are serving. I also saw native Indians dining, so that made me feel really good to pick this place. Must come and try.

My new creation in a long time! So, I was thinking what if Thai ever wanted to make ramen? What kind if flavor would that be?
This is my way of making one of Thai style ramen. Turkey larb gai with spicy ramen dry style served with fried egg. Garnished with fresh cucumber, sweet basil and chives. So yummy!!!

Le Colonial in San Francisco
This is not typical Vietnamese restaurant experience. The place is beautiful, classy and fancy. Service was wonderful. And most of all, food was amazing!!! This is Banh Cuon: steamed chicken wrap in light fish sauce with lots of yummy herbs. So good! And I highly recommend their chicken noodle soup.

Sushi Toni, in the Heart of San Francisco
I was impressed with the fact that Japanese speaking customers were the main in this restaurant. 4 stars of 5. It was really funny that they were playing 50's hits... Very good midi soup too.

What a charming cozy restaurant. My good friend Stuart took me to this restaurant where served me most juicy roasted chicken I've ever tried... Yummmmm... Servers had information in depth for wine list and ingredients on the menu which I really liked.

Saxon + Parole: NYC Lower Eastside
Burger with fried egg! What a combination. I enjoyed every subtle bite of that burger. They also have yummy ginger carrot soup so worth to try. The chef was so kind enough to personally deliver the hand made donuts. I loved the home-made style icing...

Cordon Bleu, Vietnamese Restaurant
Well... I was expecting to have some Pho on rainy windy day. Somehow Yelp search guided me to this traditional, French/Vietnamese place. Seriouse hole in the wall, but it is seriouse traditional home cooking kitchen that you can literally watch them cooking in front of you. Everything is made-for-order. I had their #5 deal. And my review is OMG!!! Must try!!!!

Home Made Salmon Skin Salad
Most important part of this prep was getting fresh salmon. I didn't season the fish at all. Fillet and cut the fish into small bite size pieces. Grill the fish until it gets deep golden brown. Salmon is very rich and oily fish, so you don't even need cooking oil.
Throw all on top of organic greens. I used lemon juice and sesame oil mix as my dressing. Yummmmmm!!!

Shin Seng Gu Mi
I have to say that I was in yakitori heat! This place is my go-to yakitori restaurant in South Bay. Always so good.

Blue Lotus, Carson, CA
Awesome Pho restaurant in Carson. Interior and service were so great and broth was just so yummy. I love to actually eat Thai basil instead of just putting in a soup, and it was so fresh Thai basil was provided. Definitely place where I will visit again, and I will highly recommend this restaurant.

Boiling Point, Gardena
Awesome Chinese hot pot restaurant! We tried seafood & tofu hot soup and beef hot soup. You can request different level of spiciness. On the side, you can have glass noodle or rice. Just perfect amount of yumminess and awsome price of $9.99! Expect to wait on long line, because they don't take reservation... :(
Very Berry Breakfast
Bad habit, but I've never eaten breakfast. I don't remember growing up having breakfast at all... And then, I started to like having breakfast! Thanks to my own "Very Berry" breakfast combo for me that I made for my husband, and sample some. Blue berry multi-grain pancake, egg sunny-side-up and veggie sausage. So good. I can't wait to wake up and try them again!!! And don't forget my freshly squeezed home made kale juice.

Healthy Warm Chicken and Shrimp Salad
Herb greens and grilled chicken and shrimps. I also grilled yellow squash and zucchini to top them. Sweet cheery tomatoes and Persian cucumber for refreshing taste.
Simply use fresh squeezed lemon juice as your dressing! That was yummy dinner!

Evie striped peep-toe pumps – JCrew
I start liking JCrew shoe collection per every time I wear their shoes and hear people complementing me.
This Spring, they've upped the ante on the ladylike pump with chic peep-toe styling. Done in a classic nautical stripe, the sleek silhouette is topped by a feminine bow. Best of all? They added an interior platform for extra comfort. Yummmmmm... I see myself enjoying Pinkberry with it! ;p http://www.jcrew.com/womens_category/shoes/pumpsheels/PRDOVR~64442/64442.jsp

Pho Vu in La Quinta, CA
Honestly, I didn't believed it. My husband found this place at the Yelp, and they claimed that they are the best in the California desert. I laughed... But, now I am a believer. They pho was superb. I often, should I say, always found pho places just dump 500 gallons of salt into their soup broth. But Pho Vu in La Quinta was different. perfectly seasoned with deep, well-made beef broth. Gotta try this place if anyone is around the area.
Opa! Tucson, AZ
Health and fresh ingredients. I was very happy to find this place on the way back home from long 18 hour drive. Last thing I wanted was horrible fried, fast food. This place was a jewel!!! Highly recommended by me! Please visit if anyone is around the area.

Marina Cantina at San Carlos, Mexico
This sleepy little town San Carlos has many charms, but seafood and restaurants are 2 of best thing that I can talk enough about. Made a little visit again for the 2nd time in a 2 days, after incredible burger, I wanted to try their daily special which caught my eyes. Awesome fresh, grilled lobster. This one is served with lime and sea salt pasta. This fresh catch lobster was melting in my mouth...

Rice Cake Soup / 떡국 / Ddeokguk
Another home-made creation during my holiday! Korean Rice Cake Soup / 떡국. This is a traditional Lunar New Year dish in Korea. I have seen many different recipes - the only really standard ingredient seems to be the rice cakes. I use my home-made ox tail broth and organic brown rice cake. Beaten eggs, green onions, Chinese cabbage and baby spinach are my own traditional ingredients! ;p
