Hermès Spring 2011

I have a new goal in life: I want to own a pair of Hermes riding boots before I die. Preferably the cream leather boots featured at the Hermes Spring 2011 runway show – how utterly divine are they? Judaism vs. Oyakodon

Everybody is saying... What??? But I'm telling you. Oyakodon has a lot to do with why I decided not to convert to Judaism. Hear me out!!!

I was totally going to convert my religious practice to Judaism, so I can take all national holidays and Jewish holidays, in preferably in Spain, because they take siesta. 

Now, what is this got to do with Oyakodon? Because this is one of my favorite food ever!!! Oyako literally "parent-and-child donburi". This is totally that I can' give up.

Chanel – Tweed Ankle Boots

This shoe collection is (to me) “very Lagerfeld”, probably due to the leather and tweed motorcycle boots. This spring shoe collection featured thick wooden block heels and embellished peep toe booties. Both powerhouses – Dior and Chanel, featured wrap-up sandals this season. Barbara Bui _ Spring, Summer 2011

Barbara Bui became one of my favorite designer since last seanson..., and this season she made me like her more. Just because not anybody allowances from the aforementioned belvedere shoes styles you can acquisition altered belvedere designs which all attending fabulous. You can go adult avant-garde by selecting a cone-shaped heel or go for a added best belvedere shoe which appearance a beefy heel, either way all the designs attending amazing.

 

Hwe Dup Bap – Kaya

Hwe dup bap is one of my favorite Korean dishes ever. It’s basically a raw fish rice bowl with fresh vegetables and a gochujang-based sauce called chojang. The basic ingredients of chojang are gochujang and rice vinegar. I added minced garlic and sesame oil to mine and a touch of water to thin it out. This spicy tangy sauce is a traditional accompaniment to raw fish in Korean cuisine. Got pretty good one at Kaya Korean Sushi restaurant.

I had a wonderful experience at Al Noor. I ordered the No. 1 which include all types of meat, and it was amazing. Try No. 1, you won't be disappointed!

I was impressed with the flavor of both dishes and I especially liked that the dishes were the perfect amount of spicy. We asked for spicy and we got spicy...so awesome!

Interesting Hybrid

One of the great novelties of the season as well as one of the main points of attraction throughout the collection are the interesting rubber soled wedges that seem to merge almost naturally with the unusual patterns to create an interesting hybrid. Wearable Medium Heels

Aside from the rather obvious Mary Jane inspiration we can also notice a preferences for thicker, chunkier heels rather than thin, stiletto type heels. In addition, the collection seems to show a strong preference for wearable medium heels instead of killer high heels. This tendency tends to be a plus of the collection as it will surely be appreciated by women with a more practical sense.

Moschino Cheap and Chic

An overblown painterly lemon print, Vichy checks, coral twigs, and doodled patterns of spots, ellipses and clouds in Sunny Spring spirit! Fabric-tied sandals with gorgeous heel detail! Home-made Penne Pasta

Pour 1 cup boiling water over sun-dried tomatoes and let soak for 5 minutes. Drain and chop. Set tomatoes aside. Cook penne pasta according to package directions. Drain and keep warm. Coconut oil over medium-high heat, and add chopped garlic and cook 1 minute. Do not discard drippings. Add onion, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, cooked mushrooms, basil and red pepper flakes. Cook and stir for 4 -5 minutes, until onions are tender. Toss sauce mixture with hot pasta until evenly distributed. Divide pasta between serving dishes. Top each with freshly ground black pepper and 1/4 of parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.
